Terms and Conditions
1. Lets commences at 16.00 pm on day
of arrival and the Annexe should be vacated by 10 am
on the day of departure. Guests are asked to leave the
Annexe clean and tidy and remove personal food and perishable
items.
2 . Smoking is not allowed in the Annexe / Grounds.
3 . Guests must accept responsibility for damage caused
to the Annexe during their stay and will be liable for
the cost of repair or replacement. Guests should also
notify Mrs Murdoch of any faults found on arrival or
during their stay so that we can ensure the Annexe is
properly maintained.
4. A deposit is required to confirm the booking.
5 . Balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
6 . If booked within 6 weeks of arrival full payment
is required.
7 .The proprietors of Syracuse Annexe reserve the right
to cancel a reservation and refund all moneys due in
the event of a transfer of ownership of the property.
At least 6 weeks notice will be given.
