Accommodation
The annexe has been created to make your vacation something
a little bit special, Super King Size or 2 Large Twin Beds, double
size Jacuzzi en suite in both bedrooms, extra large
shower, one with seat and foot massage.
Enclosed heated balcony with views of
the Craigendarroch hill. A large fully fitted and well
equipped breakfasting kitchen, gas cooker, microwave,
and fridge. Open plan area incorporating dining room
with patio doors to the rear garden. Utility room with
washing machine, freezer, sink, (tumble dryer in garage).
We now also offer FREE Wi-Fi internet access for all of our guests.
Spacious Master bedroom, electric curtains,
TV, tinted windows with patio door to garden Garden
area with water fountain, open/covered seating, gas
barbecue,and use of owners fully enclosed gazebo with
log burner, complete with fridge just to keep the wine
chilled.
Adjoining the Master bedroom is a twin
bunk room.
Upstairs: Lounge with leather suite,TV,
DVD and hi-fi system, electric curtains and patio
doors opening onto enclosed balcony.
Bedroom 2 en-suite with Super King Size bed or
large twin beds, built in mirrored wardrobes,TV, Superb
views over mature garden to the Craig Coillich hill
leading to the Pannanich Wells.
1st floor separate toilet and wash basin.
The accommodation adjoins the main house,
which is set back from Monaltrie Avenue,
the drive is private and secure with parking/turning
area. Garage available if required for fishing/walking
equipment, bikes etc.
Comprehensive selection of DVD's, CD's, books, board games, cards, also available are
binoculars, hair dryers, and trouser press.
Complimentary welcome hamper and arrival
drink. All inclusive, Gas, Electric, linen and towels.
Cook/cleaner available at extra cost.
Sorry, but pets are not allowed in the
cottage. Strictly no smoking within the cottage.
Short breaks / Bed & Breakfast available by
arrangement.
You might feel that Syracuse Annexe is
too large for your needs or that you would like a more
rural property, in which case we can help, we have access
to 2 rural cottages that sleep only 2 people each, 2
miles from Ballater. We can also offer Bed & Breakfast and Short stays by request. Contact
